Half term week, and what a great start we’ve had already!
Despite Saturdays weather being a total wash out we still saw plenty of you, Sunday was so much better (until the onset of the sleet n the afternoon) and it was great to see you all enjoying the miniature railway together with our kids’ meal offer.
The miniature railway remains open until Sunday, together with our great half price kids’ meal offer (upon production of a valid railway ticket), massive playpark and close proximity to the seafront, you are guaranteed a great day out without breaking the bank.
Back for the duration of the holidays is our ever-popular delicious doughnut duo – hot chocolate topped with cream and marshmallows served with a delicious doughnut – adults £3.50/children £2.50 – come on, a treat won’t hurt you every occasionally, and you always have our beautiful park to burn off those added calories.
Talking of the park… It was great to see our community group – Friends of Mewsbrook Park out in force this weekend, undertaking some new planting – whilst the previous bulb planting is now coming to fruition. FOMP are always actively looking for new members so why not contact them via their Facebook link?
This Friday sees our intrepid XPlorers (hosted by Active Communities Arun) return to the park with their popular Family Orienteering sessions – meet at the playpark at any time between 11 and 3 (Friday 16th February) -see our Facebook page for the shared event.
Mewsbrook Park Café will be offering every child one of our scrummy hot chocolates FREE with the purchase of any kids’ meal from our menu.
